Revocation of your consent to the processing of data

4. Recording of data on this website
Cookies

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR in conjunction with Section 10 HinSchg and Art. 6 para. 1 f for further data collection during the investigation Processing of special pbD Art. 9 in conjunction with Section 10 HinSchg, insofar as we are obliged to receive information via a reporting office. In this case, the reporting office must take specific and appropriate measures to protect the interests of the data subject; Section 22 (2) sentence 2 of the Federal Data Protection Act shall apply accordingly. In principle, it is possible to use the whistleblowing system without providing personal data, insofar as this is legally permissible. However, you can voluntarily disclose personal data as part of the whistleblowing process, in particular information about your identity, first and last name and e-mail address. Various types of data are processed when using the whistleblower system. The scope of the data also depends on the information you provide yourself.
